This privacy policy applies to Bilgesam Notes, developed by Bilgesam and published on Google Play under the package name com.bilgesam.notes.

The app stores your data on your device. Your screen lock and an up-to-date Android version are the main protection for that data.

Permissions

The app requests the Android permissions below. Each is used only for the function listed next to it; sensitive permissions are requested only when you start the related feature and can be revoked from device settings at any time.

• File access — to import and export the files you pick.
• Notifications — to show reminders and alerts.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If we learn that such data has reached us, we delete it without delay. If you are a parent and believe we hold data about your child, write to destek@bilgesam.com.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK you have the right to access the data we process about you, to have it corrected, to request its deletion, to object to processing and to receive a copy of it.

Send your request to destek@bilgesam.com; once we have verified your identity we respond within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version is always published at https://apps.bilgesam.com/apps/bilgesam-notlar/privacy with the last-updated date at the top. For significant changes we also notify you inside the app.
