What gets deleted

Bilgesam Notes creates no account and keeps no record of you on our servers. Data you create stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

How to request deletion

In the app: Settings → Clear data removes all your records. You can also use Android settings → Apps → Bilgesam Notes → Storage → Clear data, or simply uninstall the app.

What is deleted and what is kept

Once deletion completes, your account and the personal data attached to it are permanently removed; the action cannot be undone.

Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices and payment records under tax law) are retained until that period ends. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that cannot be linked to you are out of scope.

How long it takes

We delete your account within 30 days of receiving the request; most requests complete within 72 hours. Copies in backups may persist for up to 90 more days as they roll out of the backup cycle; during that time they are kept only for disaster recovery and used for nothing else.
