What gets deleted

The account you created in Bible English: Learn with AI and all user data attached to it — profile details, your in-app records and your preferences — are deleted on request.

How to request deletion

Either way works:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion starts once you confirm.

• By email: write to destek@bilgesam.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request — Bible English: Learn with AI”. We verify that you own the account before acting on the request.

What is deleted and what is kept

Once deletion completes, your account and the personal data attached to it are permanently removed; the action cannot be undone.

Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices and payment records under tax law) are retained until that period ends. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that cannot be linked to you are out of scope.

How long it takes

We delete your account within 30 days of receiving the request; most requests complete within 72 hours. Copies in backups may persist for up to 90 more days as they roll out of the backup cycle; during that time they are kept only for disaster recovery and used for nothing else.
