Data we collect

This site uses no cookies, asks for no login and runs no analytics trackers. You need to provide no personal data to read any page.

The server keeps standard access logs for each request: IP address, timestamp, requested path and browser string. These are used only for security and debugging, and are kept for at most 30 days.

Contacting us by email

When you write to us, your email address and message are stored so we can answer. We do not use that correspondence for anything but support, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK you may access, correct and request deletion of your data. Send your request to destek@bilgesam.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.
